PSTek offers a unique integrated civil service and HR managment system.We take you from the initial employee application all the way through to exam scheduling, scoring, preparing eligible lists and certifying successful applicants. When the applicant is hired, our HR module tracks all the data you need, including job status, classification and any encumbrances. We also track positions independently—you can view the complete history of each position.
The Civil Service and Employee Tracking systems can be offered together or separately, and each interfaces seamlessly with any existing HR software you may have, such as Payroll. We also offer several optional modules that create a custom solution for your city’s needs. A few examples include:
